Yealink WH66 - Abruf globales Adressbuch möglich?

Guten Tag,

Wir haben nun ein Yealink WH66 bei uns im Einsatz. Dieses Headset funktioniert mit unserer Swyx-Installation soweit gut. Rufnummern werden beim Anruf auch auf dem Display der Station angezeigt.

Nun zu meiner Frage: Gibt es die Möglichkeit dass die Yealink Station auf das globale Adressbuch der Swyx zugreifen kann, um die dort hinterlegten Kontakte auch auf der Basisistation bereitstellen zu können?

  Hi Stefan, not exactly an answer to your question, but we offer a service (CloudCTI) that integrates your Swyx with any external database / CRM application. This might be even cooler because in a central database or CRM application one can register all data about relations and on an incoming call these data are displayed automatically. www.cloudcti.nl

  I am sorry to tell you that you are absolutely right. That really is not an answer to my question and really does not lead to any goal regarding to the problem we have.
