ECR Example for beginners - Recall request by Email

Hello community,

here is a small example Call Routing for free use.

Open the properties of the block "send email".

1. enter the desired email address

2. subject line:
Use "IpPbx.CallingName" to display the name of the caller. For the name to be displayed, it must be maintained in the phone book. This is followed by plain text "asks for callback".

Example:
=IpPbx.CallingName & " asks for callback..."
Max Mustermann asks for callback

3. E-mail message:
Use "IpPbx.CallingNumber" to display the caller's phone number here and present the phone number as a link.

Example:
="<tel:"&IpPbx.CallingNumber&">"
