We are pleased to announce that we have standardized our service platforms. Starting in December, a new, joint help center will be available at https://service-de.enreach.com. This will replace the two previous help centers:
- Enreach GmbH help center for Swyx, DialoX, end devices, network components
https://service.swyx.net - Enreach Communications GmbH Help Center for Enreach Contact, Managed Voice, Connectivity, Mobility
https://support.voiceworks.com
What does this mean for you?
- One access point for everything: You will be able to create and manage tickets for both areas without having to switch between different systems.
- Uniform knowledge base: All articles are available centrally and follow a uniform structure.
- Status page and author: All information will be published under the author Enreach Info in the future. The previous authors will no longer be listed.
What will happen to existing tickets and articles?
- Open tickets: All currently unclosed tickets will be transferred to the new Help Center with their existing ticket number.
- Old Help Centers: The previous platforms will remain available for reading for 6 months. You can continue to view articles there and export them if necessary.
- Ticket creation: Ticket creation is no longer possible on the old platforms.
Important notes
- Existing tickets will retain their original ticket ID.
- Articles from the old Help Centers can be exported by partners themselves.
- After the transition period, the old Help Centers will be deactivated.

No, closed tickets will remain in the old systems, while open tickets will be transferred.
What will happen to the previous authors?
All content will be published under the author Enreach Info in the future.
