Enreach always recommends the latest firmware version, which is recognized by the highest firmware version number.
Further details about the different firmware versions can be found in the Release Notes.

L4xx (Optipoints)
The SwyxPhone L4xx (Optipoints) are not supported since SwyxWare version 2015.
Since SwyxWare 12 it is no longer possible to use these phones with SwyxWare due to security restrictions of the phones.
