Problem Description:
- Mac Desktop OS is updated from High Sierra to Mojave in combination with our SwyxIt Mac Desktop Client.
- After Upgrading there was one way media problem being observed.
Workaround/Way Forward:
- In new Mac OS version (Mojave) the security/privacy protection feature has been updated and due to which it was blocking access to the microphone
- After providing correct access to the Microphone the problem was resolved
