Information:
SwyxIt! does not support Remote Desktop Audio. Therefore customers install SwyxIt! locally (for Audio) and on the terminal server for running in a session. SwyxIt! in the terminal session runs in CTI-master mode and controls the local SwyxIt!
When SwyxIt!s "Pop-up" function is enabled, e.g. for incoming calls, both SwyxIt! Windows pop up
Pop-up means
* the main window is restored / brought to front
* the Notifications for calls and call notifications shown in the Windows notification area
Pop-up means all SwyxIt! Pop-up functions
* Pop-up on ringing
* Pop-up on hook-off

The setting applies to all users.
To set the mode, do the following:
1. Open SwyxWare PowerShell
2. Enter connect-ippbx (add parameters according to online help when you connect to a remote server or need to specify an account to connect with)
3. To set the PopupMode enter:
set-IpPbxGlobalConfigItem -Section Client -SubSection RemoteDesktop -Key PopupMode -Value x (Replace x with 0, 1 or 2)
Restart SwyxIt! or log off and on again to pickup the setting.
