INFORMATION

This article describes the installation of the Swyx Domino Calendar Access for the SwyxWare Call Routing. The Calendar Access feature allows you to create Call Routing rules based on appointments in the Notes calendar. Unlike Microsoft Outlook, Notes does not differentiate between local appointments or absence.
