Swyx VisualGroups 1.12.4073

SUMMARY

Release of Swyx VisualGroups version 1.12.4073 for SwyxWare from version 13.28 and SwyxWare Compact for DataCenter from version 13.28. The SwyxON release will be announced separately.

The version can be used for new installations as well as for update installations for existing Swyx VisualGroups installations.

When updating from versions prior to 1.8, the ocx extensions in SwyxIt!, which are included in the download package, must also be replaced.

INFORMATION

This version contains the following enhancements and improvements:

• The welcome announcement in a queue can now be defined depending on the opening hours.
• Users are deleted from VisualGroups when they are removed in Swyx. Synchronization takes place when the admin opens the VG user management area.
• Calls are no longer forwarded to users with status "DND", "Away" (depending on configuration) in the case of parallel calls.
• Additional VisualGroups database export tool available.
• Missed calls in the web extension can now be displayed, configurable over the last or the last days.
• The list of missed calls can be exported via the VG portal.
• Update of the agent wallboard.
  • Display of answered calls / agent
  • Display whether an agent is in a queue call or another call.
  • Presence display of agents extended to include "Away" and "Do not disturb" status
