Summary

Release of Swyx VisualGroups version 1.9 for SwyxWare from release 12.41.0.0 and SwyxWare Compact for DataCenter from release 12.41.0.0. SwyxON release will be announced separately.

The version can be used for new installations as well as update installations for existing Swyx VisualGroups installations.

Information

• Use VisualGroups as an agent with any connected device without additional SwyxIt! login.
  • Become part of the VisualGroups ecosystem with MacOS Desktop, Swyx Mobile App or any other logged in device on your SwyxWare.
  • It is now possible to log in or out of all queues as a Swyx VisualGroups user via a separately available extension.
  • The logon or logoff is always done for all queues configured for the user.
  • Users must be created as agents in Swyx VisualGroups and assigned to queues beforehand.
  • The known automatic logon via SwyxIt! is still active.
