Summary

Release of Swyx VisualGroups Version 1.3.1.0 for SwyxWare Release 11.20.2.0 and higher.

This release serves for new VisualGroups installations as well as for update installations of Swyx VisualGroups.

Please note:

This release is required for future SwyxWare Version if you are going to update an existing VisualGroups installation or perform a new installation of VisualGroups. Already installed previous versions continue to run smoothly.

Information

Swyx VisualGroups 1.3.1.0 is now available for download on the Swyx Website.

This version is a maintenance release that fixes the following bugs:

• Fixed a bug on the SwyxFlex licensing model where the added users were still counting towards the license count even when removed from the VisualGroups User list.
• Fixed a bug where the summary speaking time statistic was not reporting the correct information in the wallboard list view.
• Added a registry value option: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Swyx\VisualGroups\userinterval (32BIT DWORD Decimal) which makes the client side refresh time configurable in Miliseconds.

Remark on the file for SwyxIt! until including SwyxWare Release 11.38

Only in case former SwyxIt! versions until including SwyxWare Release 11.38 shall be used with VisualGroups, the OCX file provided within the download package is recommended to be updated in each client installation. Release Notes section 5.1 describes the necessary steps to update this.
