NetCologne is offering a SIP trunk with user authentication. You have received information about UserID, UserName and UserPassword, whereas the naming may differ, or you might have only received UserName and -password. In this case, UserID and UserName are identical.
During creation of the SIP trunk group, profile 'NetCologne (DE)' must be selected.
After creation of the actual SIP trunk, it is necessary to configure the IP address and port that were specified by NetCologne for Registrar and Proxy in the SIP tab of the properties of the SIP trunk group.
In case that the SwyxWare server is running with a private IP address and the public IP address is provided by NAT gateway, it is necessary to configure a STUN server in the properties of the SIP trunk group, under the tab 'SIP'. A list of public STUN servers can e.g. be found at http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/STUN.
In order to assign incoming calls to the correct trunk, it is necessary to configure a SIP URI for the trunk. The assigned number block and the numberformat must be considered.
Numberblock: +49 221 1234560 ... +49 221 1234569
In this case, the SIP URI must be entered in the format +49221123456*@*.
