Inexio is offering a SIP trunk with user authentication. You have received information about UserID, UserName and UserPassword, whereas the naming may differ, or you might have only received UserName and -password. In this case, UserID and UserName are identical.
The actual interoperability tests were executed by inexio, not by the Swyx TAP.
Important: The profile for SIP provider inexio is available from SwyxWare2015R40.2 on.
Configuration
For your convenience the generated CustomProviderProfiles.config is available for download at the end of this article. Extended information about how to use this file can be found at Configuration and Adaptation of SIP Providers via Provider Profiles.
During creation of the SIP trunk group, profile 'inexio KGaA C5 on-net v2'' must be selected.
Tested Features
- Incoming/outgoing national calls
- Incoming/outgoing international calls
- Correct Calling Line Identification (CLI) on national and international calls

- Holding and retrieving calls
- Toggeling between two calls
- Call transfer
- Conferencing
- Mutually supported codecs: G.711a/ G.711u

Restrictions:
Inexio does not support T.38 for FAX transmission, but transparently passes the appropriate data between the two parties. To ensure that FAX transmission is also working with parties which do not support T.38, it is necessary to deselect T.38 as support dodec in the codec settings of the trunk properties.
