Summary

Release of Swyx VisualGroups Version 1.4.0.0 for SwyxWare Release 11.20.2.0 and higher.

This release serves for new VisualGroups installations as well as for update installations of Swyx VisualGroups.

Please note:

This release is required for future SwyxWare Version if you are going to update an existing VisualGroups installation or perform a new installation of VisualGroups. Already installed previous versions continue to run smoothly.

Swyx VisualGroups 1.4.0.0 is now available for download on the Swyx Website.

The following new features have been added:

Rework Time

Beside the default rework time – a queue-based setting – it is possible now to show and extend the rework time directly in the SwyxIT! Client after the end of a call and during active rework time. This feature can be individually activated for each user/agent and is not queue dependent.

New role (Queues - Supervisor) for the configuration portal added

A new role has been added for use with the Visual Groups configuration portal. The role administration is done via SwyxWare administration profiles.

This role allows e.g. supervisors of queues to

• configure the general queue settings,
• manage criteria of the agents / users,
• add or remove agents and users,
• configure reports and
• create and/or maintain wallboards

without being able to change the IT relevant settings of VisualGroups.

Last called agent routing:

Calls to the queue are delivered selectively/preferably to the agent which the caller already had during his last call. The mechanism will only take effect if the last call took place within a queue based configurable time.

More Reports:

A new API connector to Swyx Analytics by aurenz allows the creation of VisualGroups analyses, like e.g

• Service quality,
• Number of calls in the queue,
• Queue performance,
• Agent logon status and
• much more.

The simultaneously released aurenz version (v12) will include preconfigured templates for Visual Groups dashboards to analyze the call queue more deeply. A standard Swyx Analytics by aurenz (SwyxPlus aurenz edition) license is required.

Visualization adapted to new and modern SwyxIt! V12 screen design.

Remark on the file for SwyxIt! until including SwyxWare Release 11.38

Only in case former SwyxIt! versions until including SwyxWare Release 11.38 shall be used with VisualGroups, the OCX file provided within the download package is recommended to be updated in each client installation. Release Notes section 5.1 describes the necessary steps to update this.
