Howto: Export invoice data of the Operator as machine-readable CSV file

You can also export the data, which serve as the basis for the calculation of products obtained via operator, in machine-readable form using the operator. This data exported as a CSV file can then be processed automatically in your computer systems.

Proceed according to the following instructions:

1. Log on to the operator with your login credentials (https://operator.swyx.com)
2. Then open menu Management and click on the menu item Dynamic Purchase/Sale in submenu Downloads:
   
   
   
3. Use the combo box to select the month for which you want to export the data and then click Export:
   
4. The CSV file contains the exported data. The content of each column is explained in the first line. The listed prices are your purchase prices, since the radio button is set to purchase items by default. You can influence the separator of the CSV file via the CSV layout setting.

Note: Only after you have received the invoice for one month from Swyx, the data for this month will be available for export.
