The SIP Trunk from Voiceworks (DE) was first tested and released with SwyxWare 220.127.116.11.
The SIP Trunk from Voiceworks (DE) is a SIP trunk with user authentication. From the operator portal, you need the channel name to be configured as user ID and user name in the SwyxWare and password.
SwyxWare: The SIP Trunk from Voiceworks (DE) can be used without restrictions from SwyxWare 18.104.22.168 on. When using an earlier version of SwyxWare incompatibilities cannot be excluded and use is at your own risk.
SwyxON: The SIP Trunk from Voiceworks (DE) is suitable for central connection in the data center.
In the operator portal, the Swyx profile has to be selected. Please be aware that changes in the settings must be reflected by the SwyxWare settings and adopted accordingly.
When creating the SIP trunk group, select the profile 'Voiceworks (DE)'. If an encrypted connection needs to be created, the profile 'Voiceworks TLS (DE)' has to be selected.
When creating the actual SIP trunk, a SIP URI must be entered after configuration of the phone number range so that incoming calls can be assigned. The assigned number block must be taken into account in the correct format.
Number block: +49 231 9988776600 ... +49 231 9988776699
In this case, the SIP URI must be entered in the format 023199887766*@*.
