Display of CallerID on the base of Jabra Engage 75

With release of  SwyxIt! Version 11.50 a new Jabra SDK has been integrated.

The function to display the caller name (CallerID) via SDK is no longer possible with the new SDK, as Jabra no longer makes this option available.

After consultation with Jabra, this will be possible earliest with the release of a new SDK; there is currently no corresponding time horizon.
