This article provides an overview of the different (also older) headsets and connection cables.
The configuration of Jabra and Unify is also clearly shown on the Jabra web pages:

Headsets
Many headsets are connected to a QuickDisConnect connector (often referred to as a QD connector). The QuickDisConnect connector allows you to disconnect quickly and easily if, for example, you want to keep your headset on while leaving the room. The active line remains active, the line is not put on hold, the caller does not hear any on-hold music.
If a headset has a QuickDisConnect connector, an additional cable is required to connect to the PC or telephone, see the second table.

SwyxPhone L420s + Acoustic Adapter, |
H371, |
Connects headsets that support DHSG/EHS (electronic call acceptance) to the phone so that the call can be answered directly on the wireless headset itself. For SwyxPhones L420s/L440/L520s/L540 an additional "Acoustic Adapter" must be installed below the phone in an options bay. SwyxPhones L640/L660/L680 already support DHSG, so no acoustic adapter is required. DHSG is not available for all other SwyxPhone models. Here only a suitable cable with RJ11 connection can be used, but the call must then be answered directly on the SwyxPhone itself. |
