SUMMARY
Enreach has released a new Swyx Analytics version in co-operation with Aurenz GmbH.
This version can be downloaded from here: https://www.aurenz.de/de/support/downloads.html#AktuellesRelease
INFORMATION
Since Swyx Analytics 13.4.1.02, a number of new features and improvements have been incorporated into this new version.
New features
- MS Teams (from 14.0.0): MS Teams can now be connected as a data source via a TeamsConnectivityService SaaS. The TeamsConnectivityService is a multi-tenant cloud service and is used to control access to the Microsoft GraphAPI for the tenants. Manual local configuration in the customer tenant is no longer necessary. Please note that an additional licence is required for the evaluation of MS Teams data.
- Performance: Improved performance for large organisational structures. Loading the organisation chart is considerably more efficient.
- SwyxOn: Organisation chart and collective group explorer are now enabled.
- SwyxOn: Roles revised. Evaluator and administrator now have full rights to schedule evaluations. The evaluator now also has rights to ‘business calls’.
- All data explorers: for all donut diagrams, the total sum should also be displayed in the KPI and table view.
-
Automatic backup: This can be set up with an alternative Windows account so that the files can be stored on a share to which the service account does not have access.
-
Various data explorer improvements: Filter values can now be checked for ‘is empty’ and ‘is not empty’. Additional filter option ‘redirect external’.
-
Collection group analysis - Accessibility group comparison: Additional column ‘dropped’.
-
Collection group explorer: Output of detailed data as a table is now possible (‘Data view’ tab).
-
Hunt group explorer: Output the hunt group name in the legend instead of the call number with the option ‘Automatically create data series based on the originally called groups’.
-
Swyx Visual Groups: Better naming of VisualGroups agent analyses and creation of compatibility of the main types (service quality, number, duration). The main type can now be changed back and forth in the configuration.
-
The number of customised attribute fields (additional text fields) on the subscriber object has been increased by a further 30 fields.
-
Swyx VisualGroups evaluations: Adapt algorithm so that calls and drops forwarded by agents to a VG are also credited to this VG.
-
Processing CDRs: SIP line groups are now created automatically.
-
SIP trunk group names can now consist of up to 255 characters
Corrections
- Printing to printers with long protocol names was not possible.
- Performance improvement in case of licence overflow with large amounts of data.
- SwyxOn: Swyx VisualGroups can now also be evaluated on SwyxAnalytics without a full licence.
- Swyx: Additional module Microsoft Teams Evaluations was not displayed correctly in the About dialogue. The ‘Aurenz Feature’ is now also displayed.
- Group data explorer: Output of connection data as a table is now possible (‘Data view’ tab)
- SwyxOn: Various security improvements
- Demo version: The lines for Swxy VisualGroups trend analyses sometimes ran into the negative range, which makes no sense. Additionally the groups are no longer labelled as ‘Demo X’ but as ‘Queue X’.
- Swyx VisualGroups evaluation: The name of the main statistics type in the agent evaluations was not yet correct in the English version
- Swyx VisualGroups evaluation: Agent evaluation with several groups as CSV: the column headings then no longer match the columns.
- Collection group explorer: The tick ‘Use all collection groups’ resulted in direct calls to agents who did not come via the group also being evaluated. This has been corrected. Now only calls to hunt groups are analysed.
- Form editor: the save button did not work.
- Screen preview for collection group analyses: A field for selecting the collection group was displayed. However, the evaluation always remained without data.
- Data source via script: A tab name and a description can now be specified, which is then displayed accordingly in the data source properties dialogue.
- Swyx: When calling via the Management API, the header numbers are not read out correctly.
Data recording: The data recording window could no longer be reached under certain circumstances if the Windows monitor settings had been changed. - The warning that data will no longer be processed if the SQL database connection is missing was no longer displayed.
- Data recording: The entry of SIP line groups in the data source was not saved under certain circumstances if the tab was changed.
- Data recording: If several Teams data sources are active for different transmission types, only the last one is used
- WebSuite: Scrollbar in the agent evaluation was missing
- SIP connection monitoring warnings can be sent multiple times.
- Data recording: Https server connections were not terminated correctly.
- Evaluation of SIP trunk utilisation: If an evaluation is carried out with only incoming or outgoing calls and the average is output, a meaningless value was output as the minimum utilisation.
- SIP run evaluation: Maximum (average) is now only displayed for average evaluations and not for detailed evaluations. Affects time of day analyses.
- Analyze: The new utilisation of the SIP trunk evaluation does not take all data into account under certain conditions.
- Analyses: The ‘SIP trunk utilisation’ evaluation does not adopt the setting of the PBX to be evaluated from the dashboard.
- Analyses: The SIP/trunk utilisation has been revised and can now be evaluated by direction/trunk group.
- WebSuite: Scrollbar in widget ‘Agent status’ is missing (was not displayed).
- WebSuite: A ‘Click here to start the app’ button may have been displayed incorrectly when calling up the WebSuite.
- Data deletion: The raw data was not deleted, but only compressed.
- Data recording: If a file cannot be read during data recording (e.g. due to authorisation), this does not lead to an error.
- Data record monitor: The message ‘Data record has not yet been processed!’ may still be displayed, although the data record has already been processed.
- Analyses: When outputting as a CSV file, only the displayed elements were output and not all available elements (affects the analyses: ‘Accepted from internal’, ‘Accepted from drop’ and ‘Internal group call distribution’).
- Analyses: In the hunt group analysis, no direct calls were output if there was only a right to certain hunt groups.
- [Analyses] The intrinsic calls were not taken into account in the reachability (‘incoming calls’ - KPI).
- Swyx: In the case of call forwarding to an external party, the call was assigned to the A subscriber (and not to the transferring subscriber).
- Swyx: If multiple signalling is active in the VisualGroups analysis ‘Agent evaluation (number)’, this has led to a program error.
- Swyx: In VisualGroups, the assignment is now based on the ‘connecteduserid’ (instead of ‘userid’) (this makes the standard analyses and the VisualGroups analyses more comparable).
- Swyx: In the VisualGroups analysis ‘Agent status’, the display of the bars has been revised (especially for the current day, where only a grey bar was displayed).
- Data deletion: The SQL data (call data and MS Teams data) is now also deleted via the ‘Data deletion’ menu item (File → Set up programme).
- Data source: Additional format examples(E.164 format) are now displayed in the ‘Extensions’ tab in the data source.
- WebSuite: The SMTP settings can now also be deleted in WebSuite (i.e. if no IP address is entered, the mail server is deactivated).
- WebSuite: Desktop shortcut (or link in the directory) is adjusted according to the basic settings (e.g.: enter ‘https’ instead of ‘http’ if https is used).
- WebSuite: It has been fixed that ‘Click here to start the app’ is displayed when calling the WebSuite in the MS Edge browser.
- WebSuite: The widget name can now also be changed in the properties dialogue of the widget.
Swyx: Calling the API ‘CheckClientVersion’ may cause an entry in the Swyx logs (error message). Therefore ‘CheckClientVersion’ is no longer used. - Swyx: When retrieving the CDR via the Management API, incorrect destination numbers are transmitted (occurs when a user copies data from the clipboard in the SwyxIt Client using F11 - line breaks/... occur). This no longer leads to an error in SwyxAnalytics.
- Swyx: The identifier in the CDR field ‘State’ may also be set to ‘German’, which led to an error.
Organisation chart explorer: Filter falls back to ‘all’ after change. - Microsoft classifier licence count: only unassigned classifiers are now displayed under ‘Other’ or ‘Unlicensed’.
- WebSuite: Organisation chart tree view sometimes displayed duplicate entries (after drag & drop of elements within the tree).
- WebSuite: Under Microsoft Edge there are now no more pop-ups for using the browser storage.
- WebSuite: Filtering by direction no longer worked in the connection data explorer.
- WebSuite: The start menu/desktop shortcut to WebSuite is adjusted if the port (or Http/Https) is changed in the basic settings.
- Export: Executing an export immediately (as superuser) caused an error message.
- Live data: Additional working times were not displayed in the time range.
- Collection group explorer: When analysing several collection groups, take into account that a call is counted as ‘lost (dropped)’ and ‘picked up (from dropped)’ (take into account the duration of the call in the filter).
