The version is also available on SwyxON.
INFORMATION
A wide range of innovations and improvements have been incorporated into this new version since version 14.1.2.07.
New Features
- SwyxON: Organizational chart import via WebSuite is now possible (CSV import).
- SwyxON: It is now possible to configure whether evaluations in the CDR should be based on name or extension. There is a new option for this in the data source settings, along with the ability to delete and reload connection data.
- Administration Tool, Swyx Flex License: An additional report shows which agents are not licensed.
- Call Data Deletion: A new option for "all call types" and "all call directions" is now available.
- Data Explorer: Clearer naming of menu items (New, Save, Save as) instead of Template..., Reset fields...
- License Server, Swyx: Conversion from classic perpetual license to Operator/Flex license is now possible.
- General: Sending mailbox reports retroactively (requires ini-key) is possible again.
- SwyxON: Input field for "VoiceMail Call Routing Participant Name" added in data source configuration.
- Data Explorer: Additional filter option for "Date from/to" — allows comparison of individual time periods.
- Data Source: New data source available for importing Estos ProCall data.
- SQL Database: In addition to extension call data, hunt group data is now also stored in the SQL database.
- SwyxON: When changing the data source, activation is now triggered simultaneously.
- SwyxON: Enhanced logging — monitor when trunks are read out in the WebSuite.
Bugfixes
- General: Umlauts in paths disrupt the Hunt Group Explorer. If the program path contains an umlaut, no calls are shown in evaluations with the Hunt Group Explorer.
- Info Window: Does not display missing agents from the Hunt Group Explorer.
- Hunt Group Explorer: “Evaluate all hunt groups” does not equal the sum of evaluations of individual hunt groups.
- Hunt Group Evaluations: Show incorrect message “unlicensed calls.” Some calls (e.g., direct calls) are marked as unlicensed, even though they are not part of the evaluation.
- Hunt Group Explorer: Also displays calls outside of working hours.
- Hunt Groups: If user permissions are missing, a participant is shown as unlicensed.
- Hunt Group Explorer: Does not evaluate hunt groups that only contain dropped calls.
- General: Error logging (error.txt) now includes whether the application was started as a “Service” or “Application.”
- Data Explorer: Table header settings are lost when switching to e.g., "Pie Chart" and then back to "Detail Table."
- Data Explorer: There were occasional conflicts with template dashboards/widgets.
- Data Explorer: Axis labels were sometimes missing.
- Evaluation Configuration: No longer possible to choose between “day” and “summary expression” if not meaningful.
- WebSuite: Raw data download is now available via the WebSuite.
