INFORMATION
A wide range of new features and improvements have been included in this new version since version 14.1.2.04.
New Features
-
Org Chart Explorer: Grouping by extension number is now possible.
-
Performance improvements when large amounts of data are imported.
-
Data Input: If a data source is opened in read-only mode, this is now visually highlighted.
-
Data Source: Show errors if the connection fails (for data sources receiving data in real time and writing to files which are then read by the data source).
-
Call Tagger: Phone numbers can now be imported via clipboard.
-
Org Chart: Various improvements (e.g., display number of elements and selected items in the status bar).
-
Swyx: Gateway trunk number assignment now possible via copy/paste in input field.
-
Data Explorer: The name and description of the report is now included in the PDF.
-
Data Explorer: If a global filter used in a widget/report no longer exists, a local filter with the same name and an info message will be created.
-
Backup Performance: Monitor files "DIVXDATA" can optionally be excluded from ReIndex and backup.
-
Group/VisualGroups/iQueue Reports: Introduce dedicated permission for daily agent status view. This report can now be explicitly deactivated.
-
Custom Text Resources (*.tda files): Customers can use their own terms for program texts (e.g., evaluation type names, chart legends), which are retained through updates.
-
Flex License: Unlicensed agents are now displayed in the info window when a report involving their data is run.
-
Teams Data Source (via PSTN or Direct Routing): Option to remove trunk number so extensions can be used.
-
Group Explorer: Detail view is no longer limited to 200 entries.
-
Fraud Detection is now also included in the WebSuite. Configuration and management of alerts can be done via the WebSuite.
-
Improved Update Process: Activation code can now be retrieved online from the license server during an update—manual FSC input no longer required. License eligibility is verified.
-
Deletion Periods: Retention periods for automatic deletion of connection data, billing data, logs, and backups are now queried during installation, and deletion jobs are created automatically. A configuration test shows missing critical settings.
-
Care – Virtual Numbers: Limit of 1000 has been lifted.
-
CSV Export for Agent Status (Queue Analysis for iQueues, VisualGroups, UCCX): No more limit to 15 agents, improved formatting.
-
LDAP (Org Chart Import): Logging extended to help identify causes of errors.
-
Org Chart Explorer: Summarization by date and time (as row) in table view now possible.
-
Flex License Group Reports: Data from unlicensed agents is excluded and a warning is now displayed in the report.
-
UC-Analytics for Microsoft Teams: Major performance improvement through optimized data storage.
Bug Fixes
-
Data Explorer: Local filter was only available in column configuration after saving and reloading.
-
Report Management: Importing reports marked filters as “not found”.
-
Microsoft Teams Analysis: If no data is available, “No data available” is shown, like other widgets.
-
Reports in General: UI for org chart selection was improved and selection errors fixed.
-
Security – SFTP Server: Only secure encryption is allowed upon new installation.
-
Data Explorer: Inappropriate columns offered for "Data Table Detail" selection.
-
Swyx VisualGroups: SQL DB VGCalls – index too short and incorrect name.
-
Swyx via Management API: Raw data can now optionally be saved and re-imported.
-
SwyxFlex / Swyx Operator / SwyxAnalytics for VisualGroups: All data retrieval options (file, SQL database, API) now supported.
-
Teams/Group Data Explorer: Output as both detail and summary table is now possible.
-
Performance Improvement: Filter existence check in data explorer reports was too performance-intensive and has been optimized.
-
Data Explorer: HTML tags in descriptions and names were executed instead of being displayed as text.
-
Data Deletion: Deletion jobs didn’t show call types in configuration, and they disappeared after saving.
-
Partially Incorrect UTF-8 Encoding: Caused issues in some areas (e.g., passwords, DynamicTeams, live dashboards). Bug introduced with version 14.2.1.02.
-
Data Explorer: When deleting a global filter, the next created filter received its ID, altering existing reports.
-
Dashboard: Adding a SIP trunk report triggered “FieldDefinition not found for field trunkData#reportType”.
-
Directory Cleanup: Blacklisted paths were silently hidden with no user feedback.
-
Form Editor: It was no longer possible to insert constant text into subtotals.
-
Fraud Detection: Output to invalid directory caused errors and stopped further alerts.
-
Data Explorer Performance: SQL connections are now pooled and reused.
-
Zipping Reports and Logs: Now handled in external process to avoid antivirus interference.
-
Report Delivery via Email: Some subjects were incorrect, and undeliverable emails were not stored correctly.
-
WebSuite Analysis – Options Page: Translation table could not be disabled once activated.
-
Microsoft Teams Data Source: Overlong fields could cause crashes.
-
Old Telephony WebServer (obsolete): Clicking “Analyses” tab showed blank page.
-
Org Chart Explorer PDF Output: Agent labels overlapped.
-
Dashboard Refresh Button: Now refreshes displayed dashboard to update widgets.
-
Dashboard Loading: Cannot be closed during loading.
-
Duplicate Creation of FiasServer and ActionForwardManager caused exceptions.
-
Analytics – Group Analysis: Fix for "concurrent calls" and "average duration" calculation with long calls. Calls crossing the hour mark were only assigned to the start hour.
-
Customer Contact Analysis: Text overlapped in PDF output.
-
Sharing Violation on Microsoft Teams Raw Data: No visible impact, but now handled in code.
-
Demo Data for Microsoft Teams Reports: No longer displayed.
-
Data Explorer: Not all filter values displayed correctly when filter labels were too long.
-
Update Process: Now warns if antivirus deletes or quarantines a file.
-
Swyx VisualGroups Reports: Direct calls to agents were sometimes misinterpreted.
-
Direct calls consist of multiple calls.
-
VG datasets only include one call ID, so mapping to CDRs was unreliable.
-
-
Crash Logging: If a report ends with an exception, the rule name is now logged.
-
Script Interpreter: Could hang if date format was incorrect.
