SUMMARY
Version 6.10.B01 of this firmware package is identical to the version of the Enreach DECT 600 S/L system as delivered.
The Enreach DECT 600 Firmware Compatibility Pack (v6.10.B01) is however required if existing SwyxPhone D510/D565 are to be connected to a new Enreach DECT 600 S/L system.
The Firmware Compatibility Pack can be found in our Partnernet: Enreach DECT 600 Firmware Download and will be available within the next day.
INFORMATION
With the release of the new Enreach DECT 600 Multicell systems the update of the proven SwyxDECT 500 is available. More information about the product update can be found here.
At the time of the product launch in spring 2022, the firmware version 6.10.B01 corresponds to the delivery status of the Enreach DECT 600 components. An update of a newly installed DECT 600 system should therefore not be necessary as a rule.
Under certain conditions SwyxDECT 500 and Enreach DECT 600 components can be operated in a hybrid installation. The requirements for such mixed installations are described in detail here.
For the operation of SwyxPhone D510/565 on an Enreach DECT 600 installation the handsets have to be updated to the latest firmware v6.10.B01. The required firmware is part of the Enreach DECT 600 Firmware Compatibility Pack (v.6.10.B01).
Important note: The Firmware Compatibility Pack (v6.10.B01) is not compatible with SwyxDECT 500 infrastructure components (base, repeater).
One more note: When delivered, an Enreach firmware v6.10.B101 is installed on the DECT BS 600 L base stations. This is a special version for production. It is not necessary to downgrade these bases to firmware version v6.10.B01!
Installation note: Differing from the SwyxDECT 500 the paths in the firmware archive have been changed for a better differentiation. Copy the decompressed firmware packages including the stored paths to your update server and then adjust the path in the Enreach DECT 600 administration accordingly.
If you only want to update/downgrade individual devices, this can be done during operation. However, if you want to update the entire system to v6.10.B01, follow the instructions for using a maintenance window in the release notes.
