- Extended emergency call functionality for Germany

Leading '0' (outside line access) when making an emergency call (110/1120 in Germany) is no longer required.

Existing configured or licensed trunk channel limits are ignored. The call is always delivered!

Any configured call number suppression is ignored. The outgoing call number is always signaled! If more than one external trunk is configured and available, preference is always given to the trunk whose assigned location matches the location of the emergency caller.

If the user has not configured a public phone number, a valid phone number of the SIP trunk used is signaled to ensure that the call is not rejected by the provider.

- Simplified port forwarding configuration
The port forwarding configuration for the Remote Connector Service can be carried out by changing a configuration file instead of registry keys.
- IMPORTANT: Registry keys that were configured for RemoteConnector port forwarding in previous versions will be ignored after the update to 13.30 and must be reconfigured with the file "CPE_ippbx_cpe.rcconfig".
