Key New Features
- Parallel Ringing on Mobile Numbers – Ideal for On-Call Services
Incoming calls for a user can now ring simultaneously on their mobile phone. Users may accept the call or mark it as not delivered. Perfect for on-call duty, ensuring reachability via mobile while keeping full control.
- Email Sending via Microsoft 365 (Graph API)
Swyx 14.25 now supports sending emails through Exchange Online using the Microsoft Graph API.
This includes: Welcome emails, Password resets, Voicemail transcripts, Received faxes, System notifications - Yealink AX8 Series Support – Mobile Voice for Branches & Remote Offices
The new Yealink AX8 WiFi handset series integrates seamlessly with Swyx, supporting:- CTI via uaCSTA
- Swyx Remote Connector
- Easy deployment with minimal infrastructure
- Models include:
- AX83 H – for office environments
- AX86 R – rugged version for demanding conditions
- Hardware Integration: Firmware Update Services (FIS) via HTTPS
SwyxPhones in the L6xx, L6x, and L7x series now support firmware updates via FIS over HTTPS, replacing FTP for increased security. - Unlimited Swyx Voice Channels
Starting with 14.25, all customers benefit from unlimited voice channels.
No changes to existing orders are required, as channel counting is no longer used. - Swyx Control Center (SCC) Enhancements
Important improvements include:- Stabilised group announcements, device management, and trunk handling
- More transparent trunk deletion notices
- New device overview
- Better keyboard navigation
- More robust telemetry
- NEW: Quick Access Menu with shortcuts and role-based page suggestions
→ Significant productivity boost for administrators and power users.
- Simplified Remote Connector Certificate Management
The Remote Connector now automatically switches to a new simplified certificate mode during the update.
Existing certificates remain valid or are automatically replaced—no manual work needed.

SwyxIt! Video (removed from UI)

Firmware distribution via FTP for SwyxPhones (FTP downloads from the Enreach server remain available)
