SwyxIt! 14.21 Release 3

SUMMARY

The new features and improvements in the new SwyxIt! 14.21 Release 3 are mainly based on user feedback from the last few months and an intensive Beta phase.

The new SwyxIt! 14.21 R3 and the new MS Teams Connector, which is also available, are distributed automatically and can be installed without admin rights. Prerequisite is an installed, released SwyxIt! 14.20/14.21 or a Swyx Connector for MS Teams 14.20/14.21 - in this case a server update is not necessary.

INFORMATION

The new SwyxIt! 14.21 R3 includes minor UI/UX changes and bug fixes based on user feedback from recent months and an intensive Beta phase. 

• Keyboard shortcuts for call control – The keyboard commands for handling active calls (toggle, hold, forward, conference) familiar from SwyxIt! Classic and particularly popular with power user are now also supported in the new SwyxIt!
• A new info element in lists informs users when information that is actually available cannot be displayed, e.g. due to responsive design.
• Phone book entries can now also be sorted by presence status.

Bug fix

• Error in the display of the user's own presence status.

The new SwyxIt! 14.21 R3 and the Swyx Connector for Teams 14.21 R3 will be automatically made available to all users of a SwyxIt! 14.20/21 or a Teams Connector from 19.09.2025.

If a SwyxIt! or a Teams Connector is not updated automatically, please check the installed version first. Versions lower than 14.20 will not be updated automatically!

If this is the case, first update your Swyx server and then the corresponding SwyxIt! and the Swyx Teams Connector to Swyx version 14.21. SwyxIt! and the MS Teams Connector will then automatically update to version 14.21 R3
