SUMMARY

Swyx releases SwyxWare 12.10.0.0 for on-premise installations.

This version will also be available soon on our SwyxON platforms. The exact update date will be announced separately in our partner network, as well as in the Help Center.

Please contact our service if you would like to use the Compact version in your data centers for testing purposes. A general release of the Compact version will take place in about three weeks.

• Enhanced interoperability with SIP certified desk phones, like Yealink T4xS series
  • Hot Desking
  • Call Journal Synchronisation with Swyx Server
  • User Multiple numbers on your deskphone for incoming and outgoing calls

  • Use of emojis and clickable links (URLs and mailto) in chat messages

  • Supported languages: German, English

  • Automated activated and provisioned for SwyxWare user, when new Swyx Messenger is activated
    • Can be started directly from SwyxIt! and soon from Swyx Desktop for Mac without adding user credentials or generating an extra order in Swyx Operator
